We’re looking for a proven Deal Booker to join our fast-paced accounting office. If you thrive in a high-volume dealership environment and know how to keep deals clean and compliant, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Process and book new & used vehicle deals from start to finish
- Reconcile dealer reserve statements
- Handle trade payoffs and floorplan payoffs
- Perform account schedule reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely deal billing
- Work closely with F&I and sales teams to resolve discrepancies
What You Must Have (Required)
- Automotive dealership deal booking experience (THIS IS REQUIRED)
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes
- Experience with deal posting, funding, and reconciliation
- Solid Excel and spreadsheet skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
