We’re expanding and looking for an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our busy Milford location. This is a key role within our accounting team, ensuring every deal is processed accurately and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Process titles and registrations for new and pre-owned vehicles
- Complete and submit all state-required documentation accurately and on time
- Handle out-of-state title work and title transfers
- Verify deal paperwork, including Finance & Insurance (F&I) documents
- Calculate and submit taxes, title, and registration fees
- Maintain title schedules and follow up on outstanding items
- Identify and communicate discrepancies or process issues
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive title experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of DMV/title processing and dealership procedures
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
