What You’ll Do:
As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. The Recruiter must meet company and client expectations for producing quality candidates for open job orders. They must provide excellent customer service while meeting the goals and needs of field personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, if applicable.

Salary : $54,885 - $66,126
