About the Role 

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive lead generation efforts. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients to support our sales pipeline. Your ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and leverage sales tools will directly contribute to our company’s success. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and qualify potential clients.
  • Research and identify target prospects, developing personalized outreach strategies to drive engagement.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating our value proposition.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to track interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors too optimize outreach efforts.

Key Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the events industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media platforms for effective outreach.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to collective success.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

The benefits: 

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $70,000 - $75,000 based on experience
  • This position will be eligible for a competitive commission structure
