- Collect, organize, and report daily quality issue data across production lines
- Maintain and update quality tracking systems and dashboards
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action processes for quality issues
- Assist in cross-functional meetings and improvement workshops (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone, 8D)
- Support the preparation of internal and customer-facing quality reports and presentations
- Assist in documenting process changes and quality improvements
- Participate in on-site inspections, audits, rework and data collection activities
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support real-time issue resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company quality standards
- Provides service at Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System, LLC plant; coordinate all the activities needed for the implementation of containment
