WORK MODEL

What You Will Do

The Assistant Manager, Genesis Field Operations, is responsible for supporting various field and retailer programs, national and regional meetings, field training/academy initiatives, and Genesis field reporting.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Support Genesis Field Training/Academy initiatives.
• Support RAB process and retailer recognition program reports and develop the corresponding communications.
• Assist in scheduling, communication, and logistics for annual field meetings.
• Assist with logistics and preparation for Regional Management meetings and reviews.
• Support field operations reporting [such as National Dashboard, daily RDR updates, etc.] and systems (i.e. DPM, etc.).
• Back up support of early look and weekend business consolidation and report-out to the executive team including month-end results.
• Assist in coordination and reporting of bi-annual NADA surveys.
• Prepare presentations for executive meetings as needed (ie. Quarterly retailer calls, etc.).
• Manage department pool vehicles including order, tracking, and returns.
• Support special projects as needed.
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Five or more years of professional experience is required.
• Automotive experience desired.
• Event planning experience desired.
• Knowledge of data, systems, and process focus.
• Experience with corporate environments; direct dealer facing, or field operations experience is a plus.
• Experienced in developing strong, positive working relations.
• Luxury hospitality experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to formally present information to management.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Computer savvy – proficiency in MS office applications.
• Time management & planning skills, ability to multitask and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Ability to collaborate on multiple cross-functional teams.
• Possess working knowledge of standard systems; SAP software preferred.
