Responsibilities
Expectations – Accomplish day-to-day tactical objectives in support of company and department goals. Demonstrates adherence to company policies and procedures in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale (SQDCM) initiatives. Embraces and promotes company core values to establish and maintain a culture committed to ethical practices, legal compliance, and a union-free environment. Takes initiative to participate in training and developing opportunities to prepare for current and future challenges.
Role – The team member is part of a team that delivers parts, inspects modules or assembles modules.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in team and safety meetings and promote safety within the workplace.
• Ensure equipment and workstations/areas are cleaned daily.
• Understand and perform job task in a safe, quality and timely manner.
• Meet daily production goals through continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Support company values and goals to establish a world class organization.
• Assure that all work is performed accordingly to work order request and specification.
• Visual inspect incoming material to ensure no defects.
• Support and communicate with Team Leaders on a daily basis as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
