Responsibilities

Role(s) - Works directly with Production management to provide support of the Production process and activities including but not limited to manpower reduction and addition, participation rate, and etc.

Responsibilities-

• Constantly seek improvements and create a climate where others are encouraged to produce a quality product through active engagement with team members

• Schedule and attend pre-shift meetings, report meeting summary and photos in Teams

• Work Standard – Make sure the lineside binder is updated with the latest work standard

• Audit hourly FTQ EOL Quality Sheets and assist line Management in investigation of root cause and countermeasures

• Maintain and organize 5S lineside carts and supplies

• Audit and track 5S line conditions and skids. Report 5S issues to Management and verify areas cleaned and maintained  

• Maintain and control all process documentation for Production Department 

• Create production analysis reports for UPH, quality issues, major downtime issues, major rework, and quality countermeasures

• Maintain all production process alerts and quality alerts, verify training conducted on all shifts 

• Maintain Circle of Skills and recertification of Mobis Team Members

• Assist in the training of new temps, line audits on work instructions and time studies

• New Temp line acclamation 30-60-90 days  

• Create and maintain production temp test

• Conduct weekly PPE & Dress Code audits per company policy  
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: 

Experience: 0-3 years  

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)  

Degree Field: Engineering Technology or a related field 

Equivalent Experience/Education: 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/automotive industry 

Communication Skills: Intermediate  

Foreign Language Required: No.  If yes, what language? N/A 

Foreign Language Skill Level: N/A 

Mathematical Skills: Intermediate 

Certified/Technical Skills 

• N/A

• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products  

• Strong communication skills
