Role Description
• Involved in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor and control project progress, costs, and performance against established baselines.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align project control activities with project goals.
• Adhere to project standards and guidelines.
• Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in project control or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of project management and control tools and software
- Knowledge of construction-related documentation, submittals, reports, etc
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, MS ProjectPlanning and Scheduling).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related area.
- Professional certifications in project management or control are a plus.
