What You Will Do
The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting TA initiatives, maintaining efficient recruiting processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience across the hiring lifecycle. Partnering closely with TA leadership, HRBPs, and hiring managers, this role coordinates recruiting activities, manages applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows, and supports full-cycle hiring efforts. In parallel, this role develops foundational recruiting capabilities through sourcing, screening, and candidate management for select roles. In addition, this role is critical to optimizing processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting scalable hiring, while building toward full-cycle recruiter ownership.

What You Will Do

How You Will Make An Impact
- Coordinate and support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, including improvements, ATS enhancements, and operational standardization; tracking deliverables, timelines and stakeholder alignment.
- Support recruiting operations, including ATS workflows, job postings, candidate tracking, and ensuring timely and compliant dispositioning.
- Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer support to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Support junior recruiting activities for select roles, including sourcing, screening and presenting candidates while building full-cycle recruiting capability.
- Execute contingent workforce processes, including vendor coordination, contractor tracking, and onboarding documentation.
- Minimum 2-4 years related experience in a recruiting coordination, HR administration or a fast-paced customer service/operations role.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems or similar tools.
- Project management experience a plus.
- Experience with AI tools and programs a plus.
- High School diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Approach challenges and tasks with a can-do attitude and a solutions-orientated approach.
- Ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing needs.
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience scheduling complex meetings with multiple stakeholders; strong calendar management skills.
