Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate in Orange County, CA. This position is contract for 6 months hybrid.

- Support full-cycle recruiting from job intake through offer.
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to understand job requirements, success profiles, selection criteria.
- Confirm recruiting timelines, interview plans and hiring priorities.
- Screen applicants and evaluate fit against defined requirements.
- Drive timely interviewer feedback and candidate dispositioning.
- Provide clear, consistent communication to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Help deliver an effective and professional end-to-end candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain required recruiting documentation/compliance related records
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to identify sourcing strategies tailored to department needs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles, including hard-to-fill positions.
- Use multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative channels) to generate candidate flow.
- Track and report recruiting activity/outcomes (pipeline health, time-to-fill drivers, source effectiveness)
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
- Learn and apply best practices related to interviewing, talent markets and recruiting processes.
Experience
- Minimum 4-6 years related recruiting and sourcing experience.
- Experience working with an application tracking system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to influence and foster trust with stakeholders.
- Solid interviewing skills with ability to effectively source in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organization skills and agility with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize appropriately.
- Proactively approach challenges and tasks with a can-do attitude and a solutions-orientated approach.
- Ability to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience scheduling complex meetings with multiple stakeholders; strong calendar management skills.
