We're looking for a highly organized Service Operations Coordinator to support the operational hub of our service organization.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating people, managing multiple priorities, and bringing order to fast-moving operations.

This is far more than dispatching technicians. You'll help coordinate multiple service divisions while ensuring every customer request moves efficiently from intake through completion and invoicing.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As a Service Operations Coordinator, you'll own the administrative lifecycle of assigned work orders by:

• Coordinating daily schedules for field technicians and construction crews.
• Dispatching technicians based on priority, geography, skill set, and customer commitments.
• Managing work orders from customer request through invoice readiness.
• Coordinating commercial service, facilities maintenance, and installation projects.
• Communicating with customers regarding scheduling, ETAs, approvals, and project status.
• Processing quotes, purchase orders, and parts requests.
• Monitoring technician progress and adjusting schedules throughout the day.
• Updating customer and manufacturer service portals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation within our field service management system.
• Working closely with Service Managers, Project Managers, Sales, Vendors, and Customers.
• Ensuring every work order has a documented next action and continues moving toward completion.

Qualifications

Preferred experience includes:

• Dispatch or service coordination
• Commercial construction coordination
• Facilities maintenance administration
• Field service operations
• Scheduling multiple technicians or field personnel
• Customer service
• Purchasing or parts coordination
• Quote administration
• Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with ERP or Field Service Management software (Zuper, ServiceTitan, etc.)

Experience within commercial foodservice, construction, HVAC, facilities, or mechanical trades is highly desirable but not required.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
