Hytek Finishes, a TransDigm company, is seeking an Assistant Controller to partner closely with our VP of Finance and play a pivotal role in strengthening financial operations, driving process improvement, and developing future leaders.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Oversee cost and manufacturing accounting, including production metrics and operational reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and other teams to drive business improvements
• Support internal and external audits, SOX compliance, and GAAP adherence
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial policies
• Directly manage and develop finance team members
• Leverage tools such as Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services to enhance insight and decision-making

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including manufacturing and cost accounting
• 2 years of people management experience
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and internal controls

Preferred:

• CPA, CMA, or MBA
• Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience
• ERP experience (Infor Syteline a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset

🎁 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, 3 weeks PTO to start, 10 paid holidays, and onsite health services
