Job Description:
As a specialist you will be responsible for conducting energy audits for a wide range of clients, including residential properties and commercial buildings. You will conduct on-site assessments, analyze energy consumption data and make recommendations for energy efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct energy audits, including on-site assessments and data analysis.
- Identify energy-saving opportunities and develop customized recommendations.
- Evaluate energy systems, equipment, and control systems to identify inefficiencies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare audit reports.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement energy efficiency strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on energy-saving measures and technologies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to audits and projects.
Qualifications:
- Clean Driver’s license
- Basic knowledge of energy systems, energy efficiency technologies, and building systems.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- BPI certification a plus but not required
- Construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Home inspection experience a plus
- Training will be available
