What You’ll Do
The anticipated annual base starting salary range for this full-time position is $107,000 - $133,700 (USD). Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

What You’ll Do
- Lead technology and product development projects for fuel cell stack components and assemblies.
- Develop and refine new product designs and prototypes that balance innovation, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Conduct engineering analyses to ensure function, reliability, manufacturability, and compliance.
- Collaborate across disciplines—mechanical, electrical, materials, and manufacturing—to integrate product solutions.
- Plan and manage project phases, coordinating work with internal and external partners.
- Support a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within the engineering team.
- Innovative: You’re curious and forward-thinking, always looking for better ways to design and solve problems that lead to impactful, energy-efficient solutions.
- Analytical: You apply sound engineering judgment and data-driven decision-making to develop reliable, cost-effective designs.

- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (M.S. preferred) from an ABET-accredited institution.
- 7 years of experience in product development and design.
- Experience in mechanical design and analysis; familiarity with FEA, CFD, and 3D parametric modeling (SolidWorks or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFM/DFA) and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Exposure to prototype and production processes such as machining, molding, forming, casting, and welding.
- Comfortable working both in the office and lab environments, including hands-on testing and evaluation.
