This position plays an important role in developing lift trucks and implementing robotic technology into current products by creating, modifying, and implementing solutions across multiple platforms. As a global team-member you will interact with all aspects of the organization; including manufacturing, procurement, and test, to ensure that we deliver quality trucks.

What You Will Do
- Design and develop electrical systems and components for industrial trucks, ensuring performance, durability, and reliability.
- Translate vehicle-level requirements into detailed system and component specifications for new and existing products.
- Test and validate electrical components both in laboratory environments and on actual trucks to ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyze and resolve issues with electrical systems through root cause investigation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Document designs and evaluations, supporting manufacturing, marketing, and service departments for efficient product delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, enabling you to tackle complex challenges with creativity and persistence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and convey technical concepts clearly.
- Adaptability and openness to learning in a fast-paced, innovative environment, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Recent graduate or possessing limited professional experience
- Basic understanding of electrical components, circuits, control theory, electric motor drive theory, power electronics, and battery management systems.
- Ability to create system diagrams and electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with automotive and industrial communication protocols, such as J1939 and CAN.
- Ability and willingness to operate forklift trucks, with training provided if needed.
- Basic skills in drafting, computer-aided design (CAD), design layouts, engineering analysis, and automotive technology.
- Awareness of real-time control networks used for vehicle and industrial machinery.
- Basic knowledge of control system design and architecture, including both hardware and software for embedded systems.
