This position will support an agile organisation implementing new software capabilities within a mission-critical platform. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software tests that meet industry, customer, and safety standards.

- Develop and support the maturation of software testing solutions needed to implement open mission systems software architecture.
- Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models and Computer Vision algorithms to facilitate automated testing of avionic interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback for the development of testing tools.
- Develop and implement innovative avionics software testing frameworks and tools ensuring technical excellence.
- Integrate embedded software with hardware components and perform debugging for embedded devices and systems.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
- Professional experience with programming languages such as Go, Java, C/C , Rust, or Python.
- Experience with automated testing environments and software engineering best practices.
- Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).
- Salary: £85,000 - £115,000 annual
