Shipping and Receiving Forklift Operator

Job is located in Hampshire ILTitle: Material Handler (Temp-to-Hire)Hours: 6am-4:30pm Pay depending on ExperienceSummary:We are looking for an experienced material handler to join our team. In order to ensuresuccess in this position the right candidate must be a quick learner, reliable, and havethe motivation to improve. Should be committed to quality and safety in the workplace.Responsibilities: Safely and accurately load, unload, and move materials. Locate and verify raw materials listed on production orders. Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials in stock; recordlocation of inventory. Maintain material-handling equipment by completing daily inspections. Other duties as requiredEducation/Training/Experience High School diploma or equivalent. One year or more experience driving sit-down forklift. OSHA Forklift Certification Training in Syspro and Datascope and 5S principles provided.Requirements: Must pass e-verify Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Basic math knowledge Adhere to our safety standards Ability to understand and communicate information efficiently Problem solving skills
