Position Name : Salesforce DevOps & Release Engineer (Copado Specialist)

Location: 4 days/week onsite in Columbus, OH / Schaumburg, IL / Minnetonka, MN / Dallas, TX / Charlotte, NC

Position Type: Fulltime

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Salesforce releases using Copado
  • Work with DevOps and release processes in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with agile scrum teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Review code, maintain platform best practices, and support integration efforts
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and business teams

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong Copado experience (most important)
  • Salesforce development: Apex, LWC, triggers, flows, APIs
  • Release management & DevOps in Salesforce
  • Agile/Scrum collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and independent work style
  • Experience with code reviews, QA coordination, and scalable design
  • Desire for continuous improvement and innovation
