Job Title: Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Consultant (Techno-Functional)Location: Remote Visa: USC, GC, H1B transfer, EAD || W2We are looking for an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Technical Consultant with solid hands-on experience in ORC integrations, reporting, data loads, and workflow configuration. This role requires strong technical skills with a good understanding of the functional Recruiting lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesDevelop ORC integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL.Build OTBI/BIP recruiting reports, custom dashboards, and analytics.Create and maintain offer letter templates, screening questionnaires, and approval workflows.Design Fast Formulas for eligibility, validation, approval routing, and data transformations.Lead data migration of candidates, requisitions, templates, screening questions, and job models.Build Redwood/VBCS extensions for recruiter and candidate pages.Troubleshoot ORC workflows, integrations, and reporting issues.Support CRP, SIT, UAT testing cycles and help users validate recruiting transactions.Collaborate with HR/TA teams to gather functional requirements and optimize recruiting processes.Required Skills4–6 years Oracle Cloud HCM experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to ORC.Strong experience with OIC, REST APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BIP.Hands-on experience with ORC integrations (job boards, background checks, onboarding systems).Good functional knowledge of requisition → candidate → offer → hiring flow.Experience troubleshooting ORC transactions, approvals, notifications, and UI extensions. #LI-SS1
