Remote Senior Informatica IDMC Data Engineer||

Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Informatica IDMC (CDI) and advanced SQL skills to support enterprise data warehouse and ETL modernization initiatives. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can work independently, debug complex data pipelines, and operate effectively in environments with evolving business rules and limited documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica IDMC (CDI).
• Debug and analyze complex datasets using advanced SQL.
• Support data warehouse development and raw data layer creation.
• Identify data issues, inconsistencies, and rule gaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to extract and define business rules.
• Work independently to gather requirements and drive deliverables.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Informatica IDMC (CDI is mandatory).
• Advanced SQL (debugging, performance tuning, data validation).
• Solid experience in ETL pipeline development in enterprise environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience working with unclear or evolving requirements.

Nice to Have

• IDMC CAI (API/JSON integrations).
• Python (basic understanding or ability to read code).
• Experience with APIs, JSON, or data integration frameworks.
• Exposure to orchestration tools (e.g., JAMS).
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude).
• .NET / C# exposure.
