Remote (EST) - Oracle Fusion Cloud Expenses Consultant
Primary Focus: Oracle Fusion Expenses, AP & Project Costing/PPM
Additional Modules: GL, AR
Background: Oracle EBS iExpenses experience required
We are looking for a senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Expenses Functional Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation experience across Fusion Expenses, Accounts Payable (AP), and Project Costing/PPM.
The ideal candidate must have prior Oracle EBS iExpenses functional experience and have transitioned into Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Expenses implementation from discovery through go-live
- Conduct business discovery sessions, gather requirements, and perform Fit-Gap analysis
- Configure Fusion Expenses policies, expense types, templates, rules and reimbursement processes
- Configure and support Expense Report Approval Workflows
- Configure expense accounting and GL account derivation
- Strong functional knowledge of Fusion AP, including expense reimbursement and payment processing
- Integrate corporate credit card providers/banks with Oracle Fusion Expenses
- Configure and troubleshoot corporate card transaction feeds, employee matching, and expense reconciliation
- Support cash advances, expense reimbursements, auditing and policy compliance
- Integrate Expenses with AP, GL and Project Costing/PPM
- Configure project-related expenses and ensure proper charging of employee expenses to projects/tasks
- Support expense accounting, AP accounting, Subledger Accounting (SLA) and GL posting/reconciliation
- Good functional understanding of AP, AR, GL and PPM/Project Costing
- Work with business teams to define expense policies, approval hierarchies, audit rules and exception handling
- Prepare functional specifications and provide requirements to Oracle Fusion technical/integration developers
- Support integrations, data conversions, reports and other RICEW/RICE requirements
- Lead/support CRP, SIT, UAT, regression testing and production cutover
- Participate in go-live, hypercare and post-production support
- Troubleshoot day-to-day Expenses/AP functional and accounting issues
Required Experience:
- Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Expenses implementation experience
- Must have completed at least one end-to-end Fusion Expenses implementation
- Strong Oracle Fusion AP functional experience
- Strong knowledge of Project Costing/PPM integration with Expenses
- Experience integrating corporate credit cards/banks with Fusion Expenses
- Experience configuring approval workflows and expense accounting
- Prior hands-on Oracle EBS iExpenses functional experience is required
- Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion GL and AR
- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial accounting and reconciliation
- Experience working directly with Finance, AP, Expense, Accounting and Project business teams
