Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database development using Oracle technologies, with hands-on experience in writing complex PL/SQL code, performance tuning, and database design. You will work closely with application developers, database administrators, and business stakeholders to develop high-performance and scalable database solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality PL/SQL code for Oracle databases.
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform performance tuning and query optimization for existing database queries and procedures.
• Collaborate with frontend/backend developers for data integration.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure database security, integrity, and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in development, test, and production environments.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex PL/SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, normalization, indexing, and transactions.
• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Oracle tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
