Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled Frontend React Developer who can bring both technical expertise and leadership.
- This role requires strong knowledge of the React ecosystem, JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals, modern frameworks, and UI best practices.
- You will be responsible for building dynamic, scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the highest standards of performance and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and responsive front-end components using React.
- Apply React fundamentals such as component lifecycle, hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, custom hooks), and state management.
- Work with React frameworks like Next.js for server-side rendering and optimized performance.
- Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, Zustand, or Recoil).
- Ensure smooth API integrations with RESTful services and GraphQL.
- Optimize performance applications, SEO (with Next.js), and scalability.
- Implement best practices for routing (React Router / Next.js), error handling, and testing.
- Follow agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments.
- Stay up to date with the latest in the React ecosystem (new hooks, server components, emerging libraries).
- 8 years of professional frontend development experience.
- Expert in React, JavaScript (ES6 ), and TypeScript.
- Experience with Next.js for production-grade React applications.
- Strong knowledge of state management tools (Redux, Context API, or equivalent).
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI, Bootstrap).
- Understanding of authentication/authorization flows (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
- Familiarity with unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP also valued).
- Experience contributing to shared libraries, accelerators, or design systems.
- Exposure to micro-frontend architecture.
- Familiarity with developer platforms (Backstage, Storybook).
- Contributions to open source, hackathons, or technical speaking engagements.
