Job Overview
- We are seeking a Workday HCM Functional Consultant with strong experience in production support and end-to-end implementations, who will handle day-to-day support, assist in payroll processing, troubleshoot functional and technical issues, and contribute to implementation and migration initiatives, including data conversions and integrations.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor, along with solid experience in Workday integrations and data migration
- Proven experience in production support, payroll assistance, and resolving both functional and technical issues
- Experience with end-to-end implementations, data conversion and validation, SIT, UAT, production cutover, and post go-live stabilization
- Production Support, Payroll & Issue Resolution: Provide day-to-day support across Workday HCM modules while assisting payroll teams during processing cycles and troubleshooting payroll, benefits, time & labor, data, and system configuration issues
- Implementation, Migration & Testing: Support end-to-end Workday implementations and migration projects by managing data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and contributing to SIT, UAT, and production cutover planning and execution
- Integrations & Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to support Workday integrations with third-party systems, including troubleshooting integration issues and validating data flows
- Post Go-Live Support & Optimization: Provide post go-live and hypercare support by resolving production issues, ensuring system stability, and collaborating with business users to enhance processes and improve system efficiency
