We are seeking a highly capable and organized Production Supervisor to assist in the development and ongoing leadership of the onsite production team in our brand-new Georgetown Texas facility. This role supports all aspects of production; manufacturing and assembly, shipping and receiving, inventory, and the overall integrity of mission critical solutions like the HyphaONE Mini.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production team to ensure that all employees work to acceptable quality, productivity, and safety levels that align with the company’s overall goals.
- Oversee all aspects of procuring, shipping, receiving and inventorying of goods.
- Maintain warehouse floor safety, quality, inventory, and finished goods that meet company standards.
- Develop assembly line mechanisms and processes for production efficiency.
- Create and maintain production support documents, providing regular updates to include inventory tracking, time control, key performance indicators, production reports, training procedures and records.
- Effectively utilize ERP system to maintain inventory levels/activity (CIN7).
- Instill high standards for a clean/neat work area and meet 5S standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts with appropriate post cycle count reconciliation.
- Oversee and manage lean inventory levels as required throughout warehouse.
- Promote high morale, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
- Create and maintain adequate training programs to ensure employee success.
- Conduct ongoing coaching and development to address performance improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Provide annual employee evaluations that reflect performance, growth opportunities and career path.
· Degree in Manufacturing, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
· Minimum 8 years’ experience in product manufacturing, with 5 years’ experience Managing/Supervising production teams.
· Strong understanding of technical components –routers, satellites and power management systems.
· Proficient working with vehicle low-voltage DC systems, wiring, and test equipment (multimeters, crimping tools, etc.).
· Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and explain technical processes clearly.
· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
Desirable / Bonus Skills
· Familiarity with ERP Systems and inventory count procedures.
· Experience with shipping and receiving logistics, particularly with international senders.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
