Position Description
We’re hiring a Marketing Content Designer to elevate how Hyperquake shows up across every touchpoint, from our website and social channels to sales materials and live events. This is a hands-on role for someone who is excited to create high-quality content, learn quickly, and potentially grow into a more strategic marketing creative over time. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director and collaborate across teams to bring ideas to life, while helping us evolve toward a more consistent, scalable content system for Hyperquake’s marketing team. This is a new, fully internal (not client facing) role on our team, with the opportunity to potentially
grow into a more senior marketing content and creative role, with increasing ownership over content
systems, strategy, and performance.
We are not looking for someone who has done everything, we’re looking for someone who is excited to learn quickly, take ownership, and grow within this role.
We are looking for:
- A content and systems builder and hands-on creator for Marketing and Sales.
- Someone who can translate strategy into scalable, on-brand assets for multiple target audiences and service offerings.
- A marketing creative who thrives in ambiguity and builds structure.termine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
Overview of the Role
- Partner with the Marketing Director to manage the creation of content assets for multiple channels at the same time for our website, social media (LinkedIn and Instagram), live events, email,etc
- Passionate about telling stories and demonstrating Hyperquake’s business impact for brands by creating case studies, thought leadership, etc.
- This role does not require a copy writing background; however, it’s a bonus if writing short-form copy and occasional long-form (blog, thought leadership articles) is of interest.
- Manage a content calendar with the Marketing Director, executing on the posting schedule across social media channels and the website.
- Monitor performance of content and communicate critical insights to Marketing and Sale team members.
Primary Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
- Design and produce content for:
- Website (via Webflow), including case studies and thought leadership
- Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, occasionally Behance, Youtube, Vimeo)
- Sales presentations (Keynote, Google Slides)
- Email marketing (HubSpot)
- Event and sponsorship materials (Varies)
- Translate ideas and POVs into stories into clear, engaging visual content
Motion & Video
- Edit video content for social and marketing campaigns
- Create simple motion graphics and animated assets
- Help repurpose existing video and photography into new formats
Experience You will Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in design, marketing, or content creation
- Internship or freelance experience counts
- A portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals across branding, digital, and social media
- Foundational experience in design (typography, layout, color, responsive design and social
- media best practices)
- Foundational experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Foundational experience with motion/video editing (After Effects, Premiere, or similar)
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD or similar tools
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro), 3D design,
- Webflow, or WordPress is a plus but not required
- Social media strategy / experience with organic content planning and design
- Bonus if experience in basic photography/video shooting skills
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Passion for storytelling, branding, and content creation
- Interest in how marketing supports business development
- Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
- Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines while collaborating with senior
- and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and discuss design work clearly with
- internal team members
- Detail-oriented with good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to quality, consistency, and strong brand execution across all deliverables
