Position Overview
PSA Architects is seeking a Senior Designer with strong AutoCAD experience and a background in commercial tenant improvement projects. This role focuses on producing high-quality architectural drawings and construction documents while coordinating closely with internal teams and consultants.
This position also offers the opportunity to grow into a Junior Project Management role over time.

Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
- Develop construction documents and design packages
- Support commercial tenant finish / tenant improvement projects
- Coordinate drawings with MEP engineering systems
- Assist with design documentation including floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, and details
- Ensure drawings align with brand standards for national clients
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers
- Maintain documentation accuracy and quality across project phases
This role provides a pathway toward Junior Project Management and increased project leadership responsibilities.
Requirements Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field)
- 3–5 years of experience in architecture or commercial design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of commercial tenant improvement projects
- Understanding of construction documentation and MEP coordination
- Experience working with national brand standards (fitness, retail, wellness) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
