Position: Head of Growth & Partnerships – Sport's Podcast/Radio Show
Start Date: Jan, 1, 2026
Location: On-site Remote (Americana, Glendale CA)
Rate: $300–$1000 rough estimate per episode depending on experience and performance. Commission-Driven % of Sponsorship Deals (Very open to growth/increase and pay structure changes after proven competence)
Schedule: 1-2 episodes per week expected (ongoing)
Description:
Grow audience, increase external credibility, and initiate sponsorship revenue.
A fast growing podcast based on Sports News featuring former NBA TV stars, Influencers with 1,000,000 Subscribers, and NBA Guests.
Responsibilities per episode:
- Identify, research, and initiate outreach to aligned sponsors and partners.
- Coordinate with the Owner on growth priorities, guest targets, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Track basic performance signals (reach, engagement, responses).
Past Experience:
- Experience in audience growth, partnerships, sales, media, or podcast distribution. BONUS POINTS for SPORTS EXPERIENCE
- Familiarity with Social Media especially YouTube, short-form platforms, podcasts and sponsorship outreach preferred.
- Proven track record that can be shown to owner of past sponsorship success
