We are seeking an experienced Applications Engineer with a background in Electrical Engineering and Design to join our Applications Engineering team. Reporting directly to the Director of Applications Engineering, you will be responsible for working with our sales teams and clients to design solutions to meet mission critical electrical manufacturing specifications.

Essential Duties and Functions:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team and clients to design and create solutions that meet the clients’ exact needs.
- Responsible for the creation, technical review, and approval of Hyper Solutions’ critical infrastructure solutions for pre-sale quoting functions in support of Hyper Solutions Account Executives.
- Ensure the technical feasibility and operational compatibility of solutions in a client-specific context.
- Provide detailed documentation and support materials for all designed solutions to facilitate understanding and implementation.
- Prepare comprehensive submittal documentation following project awards for significant, multi-year engagements, facilitating smooth project execution. Knowledge in Industry standards (NEC, UL, ANSI, NEMA, NFPA and IEEE).
- Collaborates with Production to expedite requests, and questions and configurations of the product with customer requirements.
