Training Location:
⭐ All training for this role will take place at Hyper Kidz Westchase.
⭐ Upon completion of training, the Assistant Manager in Training will transition to the new Hyper Kidz Katy location.

Position Overview
The Assistant Manager in Training (AMIT) supports daily operations while completing a structured training program designed to prepare them for the Assistant Manager role at the new Hyper Kidz Katy location.
The AMIT learns all operational, guest service, safety, and leadership procedures while contributing to day-to-day success at the Westchase training site.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience
- Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service.
- Uphold Hyper Kidz’s brand promise of Safe. Clean. Fun.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Coach staff on guest engagement, communication, and service standards.
Operational Excellence
- Learn and execute all opening/closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety across all play zones and party rooms.
- Supervise party operations and support hosts during high-volume periods.
- Complete inventory checks, restocking tasks, and operational checklists.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
Staff Leadership
- Assist with training, coaching, and supervising team members.
- Support positive workplace culture and team accountability.
- Help with scheduling, shift management, and break rotations.
- Provide immediate, constructive feedback to staff when needed.
Financial & Administrative
- Learn all cash-handling and register procedures.
- Assist with sales reports, deposits, and shift documentation.
- Support party bookings, communication logs, and review-ask expectations.
Training Program Includes
- Leadership coaching and conflict management
- Full operations mastery at Westchase
- GEM Scorecard training (Guests, Engagements, Messages)
- Party flow, host oversight, and customer service scripting
- Inventory and supply chain processes
- Emergency and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Supervisory or lead experience preferred (hospitality, retail, entertainment, or similar)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to lift 20–30 lbs and stand for long periods
