Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a licensed Registered Nurse with graduation from an accredited nursing program and holds a Bachelor's degree in nursing. They have at least five years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in oncology or radiation therapy settings. Current Texas RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required; Oncology Nurse Certification (OCN) or specialty certification is preferred. Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

- : Successful completion of the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center New Graduate Nurse Residency Program can be substituted for two of the three required years of clinical nursing experience.
