Role Description The Billing Engineer is responsible for managing all project billing, cost tracking, and financial documentation to support interior design and execution activities. This on-site role, based in Delhi, OH, involves preparing and reviewing estimates, tracking project expenses, reconciling vendor invoices, and ensuring accurate, timely client billing. The Billing Engineer will collaborate closely with design, project management, procurement, and site teams to maintain up-to-date records, verify quantities, and align billing with project progress. The role also includes analyzing variances, supporting budget forecasting, assisting with contract-related financial terms, and generating regular reports for leadership. This is a full-time position requiring consistent coordination with stakeholders and adherence to financial controls and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in project billing, cost estimation, and budget tracking within construction, interiors, or related fields.
- Proficiency in financial documentation, invoicing, and reconciliation using spreadsheets and billing software or ERP tools.
- Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and project scopes to validate quantities and align billing with work completed.
