Commercial Roofing & Siding Salesperson
Location: Main Line / Greater Philadelphia Area
51 years in business, Hynes Construction is a well-established Main Line roofing and siding company seeking an experienced Commercial Salesperson to join our team. This position focuses on both low-slope and high-slope commercial roofing systems, serving private commercial clients, property managers, and general contractors.
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in commercial roofing sales and estimating. The ideal candidate understands a wide range of commercial roofing systems, can accurately estimate projects from plans, and is comfortable managing opportunities from initial lead through contract execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roofing sales
- Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including but not limited to: Low-slope systems: TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal& High-slope systems: Shingle, Slate, Tile, Standing Seam Metal
Strong understanding of:
- Proper application methods and manufacturer specifications
- Manufacturer and system warranties
- Commercial job costing and proposal development
- Ability to estimate projects from blueprints and specifications, both physical plans and/or estimating software
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple active projects
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and close deals
Compensation
- Commission-based position
