Generous vacation &

Oversee 60 apartments. Responsible for showing apartments, reviewing
applications, qualifying tenants, running background checks, interacting with tenants, property repairs, maintenance and handle tenant issues . Must be able to do general repairs including minor electrical and plumbing.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS AT ONE PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT and no job hopping.
