In This Role You Will Execute On
- Oversee the operations of the event space, ensuring the highest level of concierge service, including but not limited to bar management and service of the clients.
- Collaborate with clients (internal and external) to coordinate the communication / attendance at events to provide maximum exposure for Hylant.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.
- Execute all event logistics from concept to completion and provide excellent customer service to patrons and event attendees.
- Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines based on client needs.
- Understand all aspects of the A/V and sound equipment in the event space and manage presentation set-up and logistics.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and resources.
- Ensures compliance within the rules and regulations for the event space. This includes both indoor space and outdoor patio area.
- Create detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodations, catering, entertainment, and technical requirements.
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or management.
- 3 year of experience in event planning
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
