Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Club House Grill Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. As a Club House Grill Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Operate the Golf 395 systems for order processing and payment transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining an organized dining environment.
- Ensure timely food preparation and delivery to guests.
- Adhere to all food safety protocols, including proper food handling techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Culinary experience or background in food service is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS or Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
