Mile Marker 41 Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced FOH / Bar Manager to join our team!
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to run a busy restaurant, lead a team, take care of guests, and drive results.

🔥 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead daily FOH and bar operations
- Build, train, coach, and manage your team
- Recruit and develop FOH and bar staff
- Manage scheduling and labor costs
- Oversee bar inventory, ordering, and beverage costs
- Drive food and beverage sales
- Maintain high service and hospitality standards
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing staff training
- Monitor sales, labor, inventory, waste, comps, and overall performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and alcohol-service regulations
- Lead by example and stay actively involved on the floor

Quantifiable front-of-house and bar management experience is REQUIRED.
