With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Product Test & Validation Specialist to join our team in Camarillo, CA!
Responsibilities:
- Test and validate EnSURE Touch luminometers and CalCheck rods following hardware or software changes.
- Verify functionality of manufacturing and repair test tools used by contract manufacturers and global repair centers.
- Collect and analyze test data using Microsoft Excel.
- Troubleshoot instrument hardware issues and support repair activities when needed.
- Perform light hardware assembly and soldering as part of testing and troubleshooting.
- Document test procedures, results, and validation reports.
- Deploy validated test tools and procedures to contract manufacturers and internal repair departments.
- Provide training and technical guidance to manufacturing partners and repair teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Software, or Biomedical) or a related field or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of three years of experience to include the following:
- Proven experience in testing electronic hardware devices or precision instruments.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, command-line tools, and specifically ADB commands for direct device interaction and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing test results and identifying performance trends
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis on hardware issues and support repairs
- Practical skill in light soldering and hardware assembly is mandatory for physical instrument validation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required

Working Conditions:
- Is required to work normal office hours (with some flexibility as per the below) Monday through Friday
- May occasionally work early morning/evenings/weekends to accommodate urgent customer requests in different time zones
Salary Range (applicable to California):
$80,000 - $90,000 base salary DOE
