Role Overview
The Growth Associate (Demand Gen & Inside Sales) will be responsible for driving lead generation through paid campaigns and converting those leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
This role combines performance marketing with inside sales, requiring someone who is comfortable engaging with potential hosts via phone and email, qualifying leads, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Marketing, Lead Generation & Performance Analytics
· Create, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads
· Manage and optimize the lead funnel, including CRM (HubSpot), lead follow-ups, and workflows
· Facebook ads, Google ads, and X ads
· Track campaign performance and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates
Deployment Coordination & Customer Setup
· Communicate hosting requirements and guide qualified leads through onboarding
· Proactively follow up with inbound leads via phone and email to assess fit, qualify opportunities, and drive conversion
· Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to support deployment
Process Improvement & Operations
· Identify bottlenecks across lead generation and onboarding workflows
· Propose and implement process improvements to support scalability
· Maintain documentation and support internal tools and reporting processes
Required Qualifications
Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, inside sales, or a related role
Experience generating and qualifying leads, with a focus on follow-ups and conversion
Experience managing paid campaigns (e.g., Facebook/Meta) and driving inbound lead flow
Skills
· Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot
· Experience with marketing tools and basic analytics
· Basic networking knowledge (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, IP configuration) is a plus
· Knowledge of Hootsuite is a plus
· Comfortable engaging with potential customers via phone and email, with a proactive and persistent approach to follow-ups to drive lead conversion
