🧪 Express, purify, and characterize vaccine antigens using cell-free protein synthesis and AKTA FPLC
📊 Prepare and present experimental data at internal and external meetings
🧫 Prepare lab media, buffers, and reagents to support experiments
🛠️ Support routine lab operations, including equipment upkeep and general maintenance
👩🔬 Assist with lab organization, vendor coordination, and service contracts
What We're Looking For
✅ M.S. degree with 1 years of industry experience, or B.S. with 2 years
✅ Experience with cell-based and antibody-based immunology assay development
✅ Strong hands-on experience with protein expression, purification, and AKTA FPLC
✅ Familiarity with DasBox bioreactors (preferred)
✅ Proficiency in protein analytical techniques such as SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, and ELISA (a plus)
✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable contributing to lab management
