Job Description:

Hyeholde Restaurant, a storied fine dining destination in Moon Township, PA (just outside Pittsburgh), is hiring passionate and skilled kitchen team members to join our back-of-house crew.

Now in our 89th year, Hyeholde sits on four acres of stunning gardens, including an active chef’s garden and on-site beehives. Our seasonal, farm-to-table menus showcase the best of what our region’s producers offer, and our kitchen values creativity, craft, and care in everything we serve.

We’re looking for driven culinary professionals—whether you’re sharpening your knife skills or ready to take on more line responsibility. You’ll work alongside a team of seasoned chefs who believe in mentorship, precision, and a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the preparation and execution of seasonal dishes during both prep and service hours
• Maintain consistent presentation, temperature, and flavor standards
• Set up and break down your station each shift, following opening and closing procedures
• Uphold our strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with ServSafe and HACCP protocols
• Receive and stock deliveries, rotating product and reducing waste
• Learn new techniques and expand your repertoire in a supportive, structured environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year of culinary/kitchen experience (fine dining or upscale preferred)
• A willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the team
• A calm and focused demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• ServSafe certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (or a valid exemption)
