- Year-round climate-controlled work environment
- Start accruing vacation from day one! Accrued each pay period, you can receive 80 hours of vacation and 40 hours of PTO your first year. That increases to 120 hours of vacation after three years.

This position requires
- High school diploma or GED
- NIMS level I credentials or equivalent basic machining knowledge
- Must be self-motivated and work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn
- NIMS level II is a plus
- Technical Associates Degree highly preferred
