About the Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth through both company-provided leads and leads you generate creatively. Our team is all about doing what it takes to deliver a remarkable customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Estimate 5-10 jobs weekly, involving detailed inspections of crawl spaces, basements, or foundations.
- Thorough diagnosis of water intrusion, mold, or structural damage - being the expert eyes on site.
- Engage in consistent follow-ups with homeowners throughout the sales journey to secure deals and foster trust.
What We Expect
- Commitment to delivering a professional and positive customer experience.
- Availability to lead up efforts Monday through Saturday.
- Proficiency with company technology and tools.
- A close rate of at least 45% on all leads remember, at HydroHelp911, we believe in the power of a one-call close.
Customer-First Attitude
- Be the go-to resource for clients, answering queries and resolving issues related to estimates or quotes.
- Ensure clients comprehend and feel assured about their estimates.
- Prompt and effective handling of client concerns.
Qualifications
- Ability to navigate crawl spaces; being claustrophobic isn't an option here.
- Must be proficient in basic technology
