About The Position
As a Design Specialist, you'll meet with homeowners to inspect concrete settlement and structural concerns, educate customers on the cause of their problem, and recommend the best long-term solution.
This is a consultative sales role where trust, professionalism, and customer education are the keys to success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 7-12 scheduled in-home appointments each week.
- Perform detailed inspections of sunken concrete, foundation issues, and structural concerns.
- Diagnose the root cause of settlement and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Present proposals, financing options, and project recommendations.
- Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and documentation.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first appointment through project completion.
- Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
We're looking for someone who is:

- Outside or in-home sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Available to work Monday through Saturday as customer appointments require
- Consistently maintain a 35% or greater close rate.
- Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Complete accurate inspections and proposals.

- Represent the company professionally in every customer interaction.
