What You'll Do
- Assist with foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, waterproofing, and concrete lifting projects.
- Work alongside experienced team members to safely complete residential repair projects.
- Operate hand and power tools while following company safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing HydroHelp911 professionally.
- Learn new installation techniques through hands-on training and coaching.
- Work efficiently with your crew to complete projects on schedule.
We're looking for team members who are:
- Dependable and punctual

- Focused on safety and quality workmanship
- Committed to providing an outstanding customer experience
- Ability to lift 70 pounds throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces and outdoor environments
- Reliable transportation to arrive at our shop by 6:45 AM
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (excluding marijuana)
- Valid driver's license
- Construction experience is a plus--but no experience is required. We provide paid training!
