Fund Finance | Washington DC | Counsel/Partner


A global firm is hiring a senior fund finance lawyer to lead its NAV and hybrid lending capability from DC. The firm sits on the panel for most major banks and has an active sponsor client base. Deal flow exists. Client relationships exist. The firm needs someone to own it.


Full-spectrum fund finance. NAV is the priority. Sub lines, hybrids, GP lines, cross-border. Direct client contact from day one. Internal referrals from structured finance, private credit, and fund formation.


You are a senior associate or counsel with 8 years in fund finance. You have run deals, led client relationships, and you are ready to step into a partner seat. Not in two years. Now.


DC's fund finance market is growing and talent is scarce. Partner title and economics from day one. No portable book required. No queue. No politics.
