A leading global finance platform is looking to add at the mid-level in New York.
This is a seat within a practice that consistently operates at the top end of the market. The work is complex, high-value, and sits at the centre of major financing transactions.
You will be involved in leveraged buyouts, structured financings, securitisations, refinancings, and liability management transactions. The expectation is not just execution. You are part of the thinking around structure, negotiation, and delivery.
The platform is defined by scale and consistency. Deal flow is strong, clients are sophisticated, and the exposure to senior lawyers is exactly what you would expect at this level. That environment tends to accelerate development in a way that is difficult to replicate.
The brief is tight. You will have around four or more years of experience at a serious New York finance practice, with exposure to leveraged or structured transactions. You are comfortable running workstreams, drafting and negotiating core documents, and advising on deal structure.
