Starting Rate of pay: $23.00
Shifts Available and Hours:
Night Shift
5:45 PM – 6:00 AM
2-2-3 rotating 12-hour shifts (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on
What you will be doing
- Train in multiple production areas, including Melting, Casting, Homogenizing, and
Cutting. - Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, payloaders, specialized lifts, and
bridge cranes. - Load and unload materials, operate saws, package finished products, and
support production operations. - Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE while working in a heavy
industrial environment. - Perform general production duties in both hot and cold working conditions.
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience: Subheadings should be BOLD and “Heading 3”)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Subheadings should be BOLD and “Heading 3”)
- Previous industrial manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Experience operating forklifts, payloaders, bridge cranes, or other mobile
equipment is an asset. - Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple production processes.
