Starting Rate of Pay:
$23.00/hour
Shifts Available and Hours:
Night Shift
5:45 PM – 6:00 AM
2-2-3 rotating 12-hour shifts (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on)
Shift Premium:
$1.00/hour for night shift
What you will be doing
Train in multiple production areas, including Melting, Casting, Homogenizing, and Cutting.
Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, payloaders, specialized lifts, and bridge cranes.
Load and unload materials, operate saws, package finished products, and support production operations.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE while working in a heavy industrial environment.
Perform general production duties in both hot and cold working conditions.
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
Previous industrial manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Experience operating forklifts, payloaders, bridge cranes, or other mobile equipment is an asset.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple production processes.
