Starting Rate of pay: $19 per hour
Shifts Available and Hours: (10:30pm -7:00am) Sunday-Thursday
Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential
What you will be doing
- Stack, inspect, package, and label aluminum extrusions according to quality and customer specifications.
- Remove finished products from production lines and assist with material handling.
- Perform visual quality inspections and report defects.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and support general production operations as assigned.
- Others duties as assigned.
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
- Must read and understand deliver basic commands in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks while standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or aluminum extrusion experience.
- Forklift experience or certification.
- Familiarity with quality inspection and material handling equipment.
